I still have one of these?

Sorry for the minor absence...all of my loyal fans. I was on a killer streak with my 360, my best pal. Check out my 360 blog and you'll see how it all unfolds. I've been reading a few new books including the latest Splinter Cell novel which ain't so bad but is a little above decent or whatever.

Tomorrow is my movie night and it's mostly likely going to be Dead Man's Chest or Slither. I might write a review of the movies later.

I'll be writing something cool soon, maybe about the shitty music that we hear on the radio and music in general as it has really went from cool and innovative to crap.

Happy Halloween biatches!

Almost played Gears of War today. Instead I wrote up another few pages for Breakdown and called it night. I have this little rule that all of the chapters have to equal at least 28 KB...Yeah, kind of stupid but it works for me.

Just watched a GREAT horror film. The Descent by Neil Marshall which was just brilliant. Marshall is one helluva director. It was just too good. Go watch it and enjoy the damn movie.

I'm listening to some weird unplugged Alice in Chains. They're ok but I still love Tool and always will. Sorry Dissent.

I'm off to go do something during the wee hours of the night. 3-5 AM

I hate sleeping.

Little Miss Sunshine

After watching it I realized just how true and real it is. The movie touches your heart in more ways than one and is performed to perfection by a great ensemble. It was an indie title which would explain its limited release, but the movie is not limited in terms of comedy and heartwarming Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious beauty.

For some reason I can't even describe the movie now. I felt that a part of my family and myself was in the film and that made me like it even more. It will make you tear, laugh and smile. I recommend it.

Christmas is nearly upon us and I have yet to actually find something I really want! It just came so fast...I don't really celebrate but rather use it as a cheap excuse to get free things that I can use for my own benefit. Hehe.

I have been eying this nice lil 6 piece surround sound speaker speaker from Logitech for 106-150 dollars. Hopefully they can connect to my TV and PC for my 360 gaming and crazy music playlists on my PC. I like variety and have found a good web radio.

If you want to see what I've been up to on my 360 (excluding the dust covered Gears of War) you can go here. http://www.360voice.com/blog.asp?tag=Fossick#top
As you should be able to see...I've been racking up a decent amount of points after my UPS-induced hiatus. Rejoice!

I'm off to write some more (pissed off at my inability to actually get into the zone) and then probably beat Splinter Cell DA today.

Catch you later....feel free to email me at Fossick360@gmail.com :p

Sweating and Breathing

I am rooster.

Life has it's oddities. Certainly. The law is flawed. I have my faults but I choose to laugh them off. I try to outsmart geniuses. Wait...isn't that like..outsmarting myself?!? lol...

I am one defiant bastard. I think for myself and I question authority. You will not assign me something and giggle as I do it. I'll do what I want when I want to.
People say in life you can't pick and choose your own battles.

I avoid them.

I watch and I wait

Well my new 360 has been nice to me. :)

Been listening to a wide variety of music and just chilling. My story has gotten a little slow coming with the return of my console. But the break should be nice for me.
I am interested in making a short story about a man's life as an Athenian...

The reason

People call me weird all the time and ask me why I am so inquisitive and just down right strange when I talk to them. But I have a reason.

I've always been intrigued by man's ability to dissect a common situation. Divide the fact from opinion, idea from logic, emotion from intelligence. Why does a simple car crash erupt into a grueling affair of hate? Why are girls losing their virginity at such startling rates? I'm am hypocrite in most forms but stay true to my logic and defend myself when my logic is questioned.

Long have I watched people operate under stress, pressure, curiosity, anger and frustration among others. It truly is something amazing to see. You can go ahead and call me some crazed pervert or some wacko genius wannabe. But I choose my time wisely, always observing humans and examining their motives, reasoning and circumstances. Sadly man has not evolved like we should have. In a world where people die over Ipods you can see the madness that shrouds the goodness in some of our hearts.

Have you ever turned on CNN and watched it for a few hours or less? The saddest shit you will ever see. WAR, FAMINE, STARVATION, RECESSION, GENOCIDE, WAR, FAMINE, DEPRESSION and on and on and on. Where have all the uplifting stories gone? Is CNN so negative that they choose to report the same fucking bullshit? "8 soldiers die from a suicide bombing." YEAH SO WHAT THE HELL IS NEW? This is not news. This is an excuse to make evil in this world easier to swallow. If you're going to give me news don't do it half-assed. Let me see the person's bloody body, let me see the baby that was dropped from a 5 story apartment window.

If you're going to make me depressed you might as well do it the right way. But it's just a mad world. Insanity. A world where presidents question the goddamn Holocaust. We are run by idiots who have money and stocks in oil.

Because if you haven't noticed, oil is worth more than a child's life. More than yours, more than mine. Oil is blood. You're putting blood into your gasoline tank you dumbass. Eh, sorry to rant but I was in the mood.

Go on and have fun with your life. You only live once. Don't let people bring you down. Go and have sex. Have the experience before you're hitting my truck. Go ahead and shoot someone.

Not like it really matters anymore.

Dentistry and reading

I live vicariously in my small apartment. I like sun chips.

I'm working on my blogcast which is actually getting to be a bit more complicated than I once thought. I'm still working on my story which has been coming along well.

I went to the dentist today and got all of my work done which means I won't have to see him for another 6 months or so. Blah blah blah...

Morgon is going to get mad.

Got my blogcast mic

Yhey! Just recorded a few snippets to get the Microphone broken in and what not. I'll try to get a show in by tomorrow but by the time I'm done with practice it might be too late. I'm pretty excited about this and will work on my vocal range, delivery and annunciation just in case my deep voice can't be heard by all. So yeah...stick around in you're interested...which is all of...1 person... *emo*

So yeah...

No audience?

I really am going to get this Blogcast stuff off of the ground as soon as DHL delivers the Logitech Microphone I bought off eBay. I already have a few guest stars lined up and some of my witty, cynical and dark logic in the pipes for some satirical content. So enough of that until I get the damn thing and give Audacity a little workout.

The Red Sox continue to get better - at least on paper. We signed Daisuke Matsuzaka (D_Mat) and we'll be looking into some more relievers soon. I feel good about this team and we should give the Yankees a real run for their money.
In basketball my fantasy team is the SHIZNIT. The whole team is legit. I just happen to be a really sexy GM. I've made a few moves, kept up with the news, rumors and experts. So far we don't have a great record but we will as I get into transition and assess the players on the team which have taken a few different turns after the initial draft way back when.

I've got a few more peeps who should be checking in on this soon enough so...maybe I'll have some comments but for some reason I still have the right to moderate them or something. So yeha...Should be going to the movies this week, might pull off a PA vacation which would involve a lot of writing and sleepless hours of deep though, connection with my unearthly entity as well as intricate plans to get rich quick and finally do some sweet things...

On a sad note, Peter Boyle died. The Emmy award winning actor died at age 78. His most notable role was playing Ray Romano's father on "Everybody Loves Raymond." He was a good guy and I'm sure he will be missed dearly. Rest in peace.

I'll walk into your garden

Basketball. Hate. Love. The whole nine yards today. Pain. Self-esteem.

Let's all grow up. Let's all be real. Let's all live our lives. Come on.

My logic is impeccable, my thoughts unparalleled, my idealistic mind always working, constantly examining.

I am who I am. I am a man. I have my flaws. I have feelings. I can bleed and I can hurt. But remember. We are all men. Women. We are all humans.

I am who I am. I am a man. I am a man.

Damn you Scott Boras!

He has been the reason why the Red Sox had to sign J.D. Drew to a 15 million dollar deal when he should have been cheaper. He's the reason why Eric Gagne might no pitch for the Red Sox. He's the reason why the Red Sox have not signed Matsuzaka yet...he's GREEDY! He wants 15 million dollars for the Japanese dude who hasn't even proved himself in the big ol MLB. Scott Boras should be slapped....hard.

That said...

THE PATRIOTS LOST TO THE DOLPHINS! OH NOES!

I can't express my disappointment with this week's sports.

Suck it

This is another little update from Fossick.
Just blazing through the internet in anticipation of my 360...but it still hasn't come. I did a get date of next Monday but we all know how that's worked out for me. I've been keeping myself busy with my novel and it's been coming along rather nicely. I founda few images that really work for my story and I'll use them to pitch my novel to the publishing house. Maybe when I write the script for this it'll be involving those pictures too. They really are quite rad.

Fossick has been watching a lot of basketball lately, mostly because I like basketball and it's the season. I got a new 360 basketball game so that fuels my hunger for the sport. Not to mention my fantasy team that forces me to watch my team and the individual players in their games. Much fun.

Everything else is flowing along well. I started to read Hamlet again but have been overwhelmed by the other books I've been reading. Vroom vroom.

GOOD NEWS! I finally BOUGHT the Logitech Microphone I was growing to covet. It should be here next week, maybe even coinciding with the delivery of my 360. That would be a nice gift. By the way it was only 10 dollars off eBay, it's refurbished but test and works perfectly. So yhey for me. Soon you guys can tune into my podcasts and random musical pieces using a limited amount of intruments. It will be good though as I use my satire, wit, and logic and form cool little inlooks on my life. I'll make it worth your while...most of the time.

Chao!

I should have posted something new a long time ago...

A week and I have haven't posted anything new! Sorry mates...

I've had a lot on my mind, finished another quality chapter of my novel, got my 360 back and have just been busy with other things including basketball. I can't really say too much now because so much is on my mind. And I talked to 47...

Man

After watching Hotel Rwanda, my life has changed. This is no joke. The movie was probably one of the best I've ever seen and when it comes to movies, I have watched excellent ones. This movie is heartfelt, powerful, somber, and most of all...real. The performances were excellent for a movie that required so much emotion and details a story of struggle, pain and sorrow. One cannot watch this movie and not feel different about the world and the vile beings that encompass it. Sad truths exist and we are so blind to them. What will follow is a small observation of mine. However, before I go into that, you must take the time to sit down and watch this movie. You must. As a human being you should be required to watch this film.

How has man stooped to this kind of low? How can we ignore fellow human beings in such a manner that makes even the KKK look like saints? Powerful films like Hotel Rwanda should be mandatory viewing. To know that such a thing happened and still exists around the world is enough to make you cry and want to help. But no help ever comes. We are hypocrites on an earth that is slowly killing itself. Whether we use of the Earth's resources or the heavenly father finally comes and takes us away, we are killing what should have been pure.

How can such things occur? Has man fallen so low that we cannot tell a human from a human? We cannot look another in the eye and feel their pain? Are we so blinded by greed, power and evil that we turn from our brothers? I am no bleeding heart but I am however, a living, breathing and thinking person. I am a human being. Yes, this is in the past now but still. Why wasn't anything done? Why is the UN even around? To keep the peace? What the fuck does that mean? How can you keep peace when there was never a peace? To create a peace you need violence. You need to make peace. I am not contradicting myself but stating a point. The United Nations is a joke. They offer little to no help to nations in need, or in wars.

Man has simply rested in shit. We eat it for breakfast. We drive our fancy cars while the rest of the world suffers. But it's not our problem so why should we care?

Nope. It's never OUR problem. We're selfish. We want. We covet. But we have no kindness, no compassion for everyone else. But go on. Ask for your plastic surgery. Eat your meals. I can't stop you.

Let the heavens and the hells come now. Man deserves a mercy killing. NOW.

I feel nice

Today I had a great feeling of accomplishment, content and well-being. I've been healthy...drinking lots of orange juice and my cynical outlook at life has been supported by the idiocy of my fellow homo sapiens that live life without any regard for dignity or self-integrity. But maybe I'm just being a jerk...or maybe I'm just using my logic to assess situations and laugh at the people that...ohh...nevermind.
