Teh Dollar

Who doesn't like money? I don't think Monks do but...everyone else does or wants money.
Today I saw that the US dollar dropped even more in the UK market...I guess I'll be moving over there some time. Life has been well for me. I still don't like arithmetic or simply known as Math. I could go into a long, prepared rant on that subject but I'm sure none of you would like it or even read it for that matter.

I'm about to eat some pizza...yeah...

Justin continues to write his story but there has been a few progress hiccups due to my editor's busy schedule...but all is well... Oh and I should be writing a steamy scene for the story next. So for all you weirdos...you can always check out my book once I get this one published...

I think my pizza is burning...so...talk to my peeps later.

Fantasy Yhey!

I've fallen in love with Fantasy sports after a long absence. I can't get my NFL fantasy team but I'm working on a NBA one which is going to fill the gap for now...I guess. I have a good team and I'm proud of my decisions which are subject to change due to trades and free agency. Here they are:

1. (11) Steve Nash PG
2. (14) Tim Duncan PF,C
3. (35) Michael Redd SG,SF
4. (38) Manu Ginobili SG
5. (59) Zydrunas Ilgauskas C
6. (62) Andre Iguodala SG,SF
7. (83) Adam Morrison SF,PF
8. (86) Ben Gordon PG,SG
9. (107) Brent Barry PG,SG
10. (110) Alonzo Mourning C
11. (131) Antoine Walker SF,PF

Not too bad for someone with the 11th pick, eh?

I did have more to say but I was busy today watching Hotel Rwanda. Heh...be back laterz.

I'm black! ahem back...

Or was I ever gone? Well here I am back again into the blogging business after a very short absence, not that anyone really checks this other than myself. I found the Acer monitor unit that I want at Circuit City but apparently the color drives the price up to 230 when I can find it for 180. Ouchies. I did find some other interesting pieces of equipment but they'll have to wait until Christmas( I don't celebrate just use it as an excuse for necessary purchases)
Thanksgiving is over and THANK the lord. It's a retarded holiday. That is all.
With the end of Thanksgiving the PS3 and Wii launch weekends are pretty much over, leaving Sony with a dismal launch with crappy titles, cheap marketing and poor support from the media and public. In fact, the Xbox 360 sold MORE than both systems on THEIR launches. Talk about stealing their thunder. Thanks Cliffy B. :)

I'm not into blogging anymore until some time tomorrow so laterz for me.

Small Update

Eating: Enchiladas
Word of the month: Diligence
Still thinking of: Casino Royale
Thing of the day: Pop Tarts?
Playing: COD3, SVR 2007
Listening to: Tenacious D- WonderBoy

I'm still searching eBay, awaiting Gamefly's latest game and listening to my Shuffled WMP playlist. Fun. Still talking to friends and whatnot. Patiently awaiting the arrival of my 360 and Thanksgiving vacation. That's it for me right now other than a small excerpt from Breakdown.
Cheers!

I then hear the clicks and the clacks and the muffled grunts and screams. SWAT rushes head on, breaking the door down, their demeanor icy and determined. They all shout in unison, thrusting their weapons forward and tossing smoke grenades into the building. Flashes of light erupt most likely due to the flashbangs thrown into the adjacent rooms. Finally I rush towards the door entering and following the SWAT team that is checking every room in the apartment. More beads of sweat dribble down my face, perspiration forming on my fingertips. The apartment looks like the outside, dirty and disgusting beyond belief. However I sense a certain aurora here. Something that bothers me. I don’t know what it is but it’s hurting me. I stand in the small corridor of the apartment jumping over garbage bags as well as some random pieces of broken furniture. Green walls, wooden floors and the same clammy feeling as before. Yet still I head further into the apartment making sure to keep near the trained SWAT officers. Surprisingly I feel safe around the officers with their MP5’s at the ready, blood and sweat and flesh underneath their KEVLAR vests.

JJMM

A name change in the works? Most likely in the future my name will be changed. Not because I don't like my family or am disgraced by our culture and whatnot but because I want to. It's my right. I may just use a pen name but it'll probably be a long term thing in the end. The initials are the same as the title. What they stand for will not be revealed until later unless you really want to know. Enough of that.

I've worked some more on my newest and latest ideas, writing about 4 solid pages in a day. I try to follow the guideline "Read everyday, write everyday." But I need some more diligence in my soul. I've been talking to Rosette lately but other than that it's been pretty normal for me, even though my life is never normal.

I've been wasting too much time, sorry dudes...

James Bond in Prices from Hell!

I saw Casino Royale yesterday. That's the new Bond movie just so you know. But with a new Bond movie comes a new brand-new James Bond. Let me tell you this. Daniel Craig was great. A caustic, haunted and fresh reinvention of a character who has been apart of our culture for decades. Daniel wasn't the only great thing about the movie because this film was full of awesome. Special effects were top-notch, free running segments executed with flair, romantic sequences done sensually and fight scenes were fought to perfection. The babes weren't as plentiful as previous Bond movies but there's still Judi Dench....and boy...is she hhh....aaa....www....ttt. Hawt.
Ahem, anyways the film was great. The music was done very well and is what you would expect from a Bond movie. I personally liked the script very much because it contained classic elements that you've come to expect but a few twists thrown in. The movie was full of wit and offbeat humor that made this Bond even better. I know I promised people an in depth review but screw it. This is a Bond classic...instantly.

BUT...My day was almost ruined due to the ridiculous prices at the theater. THEY CHARGE 3.50 FOR A BOTTLE OF FECKING WATER!!! WATER!!! YES, WATER!! I know the company has to pay a lot of matinence (sp) and the rights to broadcast big movies there but the prices really blow. Not to mention that the service is primarily the worst you can get. It's so bad it makes Burger King look like a school for professional butlers. I was going to go into a really deep and insulting rant but we'll live it at that.

In other news...I love Eva Green now...

An actual update?

I need a new PC monitor, a smart phone, a microphone and a Zune. Problem is, as you can probably guess by now, is that I don't have nearly enough for all of that. So what I'm saying to myself is get a smart phone with an integrated MP3 player that kicks ass until I get the Zune. So...for once on this blog I have a real update worth reading....I guess...

Smartphones. I've been looking into these lately, weighing my options, comparing and asking for advice. So far I've found two that I like and are in my price range that are from T-Mobile, my carrier. They are the Blackberry Pearl and the T-Mobile Dash, a T-Mobile exclusive phone if you've never heard of it before. They both support Windows Mobile and as far as I know MP3 capability. I've been talking to my father about phones because he works for a company that specializes in the testing of mobile devices. Simply put, he gets a lot of free phones. The company does more than that but that's another discussion. I would post some pictures of these phones but I don't like the blogger image thingy and if you really care you can just search them up using Google. Google is your friend.
Both of the phones I've looked at so far have been near 200 USD which is within my price range. Then again I can always look em up on eBay. Another feature they both have that I like is the MP3 capability, while this won't be a great substitute for the Zune, it'll be fine until I eventually get a Zune. I can change the memory on both of the phones too in case I feel the need to add more pics/songs/documents.
Now you may ask, why does Justin need a Smartphone with Windows Mobile functionality ? Here's an answer and then some. Live Anywhere. Yes, the Microsoft product. Here's the wikipedia link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Live_Anywhere
Basically it's this: Live Anywhere is a schedule feature for the video game console Xbox service, Xbox Live. It will enable a variety of non-Xbox platforms such as a Windows Vista PC, Windows Mobile phones, and Java-enabled phones to connect to Xbox Live. Users, each with a unique Gamertag that carries over from Xbox Live, will be able to play online, keep track of their friends' status, send and receive messages, purchase Xbox Live Arcade games for cell phone use, gain and keep track of Achievements, and more. Some games will allow for cross-platform play, including the upcoming Shadowrun game, which will allow PC players to compete against Xbox 360 players.
I would love that! Now besides the usage of Live Anywhere I want a Windows Mobile phone so that I can check my email on the fly and access the internet easily with streamlined design instead of struggling with a crappy phone with a bad browser function. Furthermore, I want the smartphone because when Vista comes out I will be able to utilizie that in some way if I don't get it for my home PC. And more reason why I want a smartphone (how many times have I said smartphone?) is for Microsoft Word. If you know me well then you know that I have a plethora of ideas, some ridiculously stupid, others terribly sexy. But the problem is that I can't write down my ideas when they happen. I bought a notepad some time ago to help me with this since I kept it in my pocket at all times. This worked for a time but then I realized that during a shower all of my work might be lost or something else could happen. With a Microsoft Word enabled phone I can use my Qwerty keyboard and type what I'm thinking when I think it. Ya digg it?
So if you could please comment with your suggestions or comments that would be nice. Or just hit me up somewhere else.

Computer Monitor. The one I'm using now is bleeding (internal damage.) It's an LCD and I like it but it's been around for years just waiting to be put to rest. Talking about monitors I mention one brand all of the time. BenQ. They have really good monitors for decent prices. The kind of monitor I want should have a really good resolution. Another function I want is the option that would allow me to hook my Xbox 360 up the computer and play on my monitor whenever I feel like being private or company comes over to watch a movie on my HDTV( the one I use normally for gaming.) The TV in my other room is sort of crappy so that's out of the question. All in all, I need your help with a new monitor if you'd please drop a comment or two...

Zune. If you read above you would see that the Zune has dropped on my list (sadly) but isn't gone for good. I want one because I need a better MP3 player. Oh, I don't like Ipods either....I do like the Creative Vision but the package that suits me is over 350 dollars which isn't going to happen any time soon. Overall, my search for a Zune isn't as extensive or as elaborate as the others but any comments regarding the Zune would be cool.

Logitech 980186 Desktop Microphone. Justin needs one because his blog is suffering without one. My cousin has that model and I love it. Sad thing is it's not very common! Only four entries on eBay! EBAY!!! Amazon has it but for prices I don't feel like paying. They did have one for 10 dollars, brand new, with free shipping. Guess what? I DIDN'T GET IT! I thought I was going to find a better deal later down the road. Boy am I mad at myself. Anyways, I need to start doing podcasts, being the funny me and get my little career jumpstarted because I'm positive it will all start here. If anyone feels like they owe me something go on eBay and buy me one! It would be gladly appreciated. If know of a better microphone for my purposes please share! :)

So...Did you like my longest blogpost yet? If you didn't then I'm sorry...I wasn't aiming for anything miraculous. BUT! I do hope to bring you at least one video by the end of the year. My newest Jackass-type video idea involves me and some friends trick or treating....on Christmas....YES! LOL! Other than that, work's been okay. You won't see my face because I'll be wearing a mask (huh?) because that's going to be my trademark. Or at least one of them. Now to shove you on your way I leave you with some of those random facts.

Reading: Halo: Ghosts of Onyx, The Descent, Red Storm Rising, The Screenwriter's Bible and another novel I can't say much about. (I read a chapter of one book, then one of the next and so on. Works very well when you want to we more than one book and actually finish them.)

Playing: Some game....uhh...ask me later

Watching: Hotel Rwanda (Should be coming in soon)

Something new?

Evan Gates adjusted his glasses, cleaning off the smudge nearest to the frame. He continued to type on his keyboard, his greasy fingers comfortable on the keys while his listened to music. He was in the zone as he called it. On a roll is what others would say. Yet something bothered him. Evan shrugged it off, his fingers using up his brain power as he typed faster and faster. The ideas were flowing from his fingers down onto the keyboard which electronically sent the words to the computer screen much to his satisfaction. But it kept coming back, nibbling on the edge of his mind, there it was. It was getting too strong for him.

Interesting?

Untitled

I bought Gears of War, Rainbow Six Vegas, Call of Duty 3 and Splinter Cell DA as well as Madden 07 but guess what?!? My 360 still isn't here! This angers me because now they have confirmed that the 360 was lost by UPS so now Microsoft is going to have to send me a fat check and some MS Points...or else...

I continue to try and pimp girls on Myspace to much avail but things have been slowly down because my internet was acting a bit ghey. I'm still trying to get more things on this site but things have been slow and I'm lazy right now...

80's music has consumed my soul. Myspace is winning the battle over my mind. I've been reading like an owl on meth even though that has no relevance whatsoever...

I did have a nice quote for you guys to see but I forgot it. It was by Abe Lincoln too...oh well!

Listening to: Kevin Federline (I love to listen to corny music when I'm down)
Laughing because: Britney and K-FED are going to get divorced..WHAT DID I SAY?!?
Going to eat: Some Indian rice with Bourbon Chicken
Waiting: For a few chicks to accept my friend requests on myspace
Irritated Because: No one loves my blog...

Sorry for not having any podcasts or videos like I promised but my computer was ill for the last week or so. But they should be here by the time the PS3 launches because I AM THE BIG MS SECRET THAT WILL KNOCK SONY'S SOCKS OFF...well not really.

And it seems that I have some blog competition with my dear friend Adam. Trying to steal my thunder eh? Now I'll leave you with some random facts since I have nothing else to do.

Script Insanity

My two biggest enemies are time and conformity. They question my ability to be my own person. If I had a life for everything I did..WHAM! A great idea falls onto my Island. As I write this my brain is moving far too fast. My fingers are litterally gone from all of the typing, biting and abuse I've put them through.

I am writing a spec script and have realized how made people have it. Here I am with my keyboard and Muse while I hear about Paris Hilton and people born into a rich and lavish lifestyle. Imagine if that was me? Imagine if my parents were billionaires and all of my great projects could be fiananced and produced by me. Boy would that be the life...The easy way out but no. I"m going to have to work for it. Oh, yesterday was halloween. I went to some parade, came home and fell asleep.

I NEED MORE TIME! I NEED MORE MONEY! I NEED!
But I'm working harder so that I won't NEED anymore. I'll HAVE.
